In response to the ” Professional Future ” law of September 5, 2018, we publish our equal pay indicator for women and men. This law aims to promote equality between women and men through 4 indicators, on a scale of 100:
- Salary gap between men and women,
- Difference in rate of individual M/F increases,
- Rates of employees increased after returning from maternity leave,
- Distribution of the 10 highest paid employees by gender.
For the 1st year of publication, we obtain a result of 75/100.
We are convinced that the diversity of skills and profiles are vectors of performance for the company and we will continue to maintain our efforts to achieve gender diversity within the company.
